User Responsibilities

• You must keep login credentials confidential.
• Unauthorized access or fraudulent recharges may result in suspension.
• All wallet/recharge activities are logged for security & compliance.

Wallet, Payments & Refunds

• Money added to MFASTAGS wallet can only be used for FASTag recharge.
• Refunds are subject to reconciliation with the bank/payment partner and may take 3–7 business days.
• Convenience charges may apply depending on payment gateway provider.

Service Availability

FASTag recharge depends on third-party bank servers and APIs. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or instant response for all transactions.

Limitation of Liability

MFASTAGS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including bank server downtime, transaction delays, misuse by others, or incorrect user data submission.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend user accounts in case of fraud, misuse, non-payment, or policy violations without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated version.
